I’m off chemo officially two years.
I’m six.
I’m in kindergarten.
I have friends.
I take tumbling class.
I got a dog.
I went sledding this week and loved every minute of it.
I like to play cards, apply big girl make-up and I still love to cook.
Here are some pictures of my recent adventures.
Here I am at my last visit to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Got the all clear for 3 months! |
I love reading the instructions on the box. |
Here we are making some lasagna. I had a great time making Christmas cookies. Gingerbread cookies are my favorite! |
Me, my sis and my puppy dog.
Me, my sis and her double helix . I'm wearing my snow pants.
I love the winter weather! I especially love sledding and making snowmen.
I hope to stay busy and am so thankful that I've had the opportunity to heal and be healed. I did not do this alone. It was only by the power of prayer and hope that I survived. It is so good to be on the other side of cancer. I hope never to be back there.
Sometimes,
especially in the winter, we have to be extra safe and cautious about
catching colds. Be safe and wash your hands often and don’t go out if
you’re sick. Some of our friends are on their own immunocompromised
journey. Keep in your mind and your heart those who can’t go out
-those who need healing and those who are lonely in this cold winter
weather.
Keep all the homebound in your prayers and stay well!
Thank you, Friends. God Bless.
