Day 9 -Day with Daddy

Know what today was?



DADDY DAY!




Today I spent the whole day with my daddy. We ate a big breakfast. I love pancakes. I know how to sign pancake, even though I don't know how to say it. When it's time for pancakes, I'm on it. YUM!



We visited with my Nanna and Mrs. Eaton who came by for a surprise visit.










We sang my favorite song: "The Itsy-Bitsy Spider"








I took a nice long nap on my daddy

 



 I enjoyed music therapy. You know how a good song makes you feel good all over, well, kids with cancer need just that. We played with guitars, tambourines, drums, and maracas.










I played with stickers with one of my new friends.








Later, I drove around in a kid-sized car.








All in all, I had a great day!

    You're still smiling, Katherine! So glad to see that happy face in the car. Say Hi to your family for me and keep smiling, unless you feel like crying. Then it's okay to cry because you are surrounded by people who love you and will help you feel better so you can get back to smiling. :-)
